"UC-Draw Tools (Abutment)" is the program to generate automatically drawings such as the bar scheduling, the working drawing, rebar table of the bridge abutment main unit, wing and approach cushion in lump-sum, and it has the following characteristic.

  • Speedy drawing creating
    Because it generates a drawing data internally by lump-sum by entering a geometry and arrangement-of-bar information, the bar scheduling drawing of the abutment to have a purpose is gotten by short time.
  • Material computation work's cancellation
    The material calculation is done according to the shape information, the rebar information which were entered and the standard value, the rounding, the hasp which were set at the construction condition, the working drawing, the rebar table, the quantity table are generated automatically, so that the calculation work of the size and the volume of the rebar and the concrete volume are cancelled. Also, it is possible to do the length decreasing calculation and to generate the change table as occasion demands.
  • Adoption of the simple entry and the detailed entry
    For the data entry about the bar arrangement, the simple entry which can generate the bar scheduling by little entry such as the standard pitch and the bar arrangement method etc. and the detailed entry which can generate the bar scheduling with high degree of freedom by entering the arrangement starting position, the pitch, the number of pitch etc for each rebar are supported.
  • Compatible in the fine drawing format.
    It is possible to do the fine setting of drawing formats such as the dimension line and the leader line, the character and the table at the construction condition. Each diagram can do fine diagram generation because it is generated based on the setting.
  • Drawing creating according to the various standard kind
    It is possible to do the drawing creating which is based on the following standard kind.

  • Confirmation, Editing, and Print of a generation drawing
    It is possible to do the confirmation display of the generated drawing, to do the editing (the position adjusting) of the diagram, the dimension line, and the leading line, and to do the print to the printer and the plotter.
  • Compatible for the drawing file output with a wide range of forms
    It is possible to do the file output of the "SXF","DXF","DWG","JWW","JWC" form of the file with the file of the original form (PSX) of "UC-Draw" which is our product.

It is possible to do the drawing creation to the following form with this program.

1.Slab bridge shape
  • Sectional form
    (1)It is possible to construct the solidity section (deck slab beam) and the hollow slab (circle hollow).
    (2) It is possible to set the overhang to the right and the left of the section.
    (3)It is possible to construct the bridge face work including the bridge railing, the wheel guard, and the median strip.
    (4)It is possible to set the side inclination.


  • Plane form
    It is possible to construct the square bridge and the skew bridge.


  • Side form
    It is possible to set the vertical inclination.


  • Others
    It is possible to construct the shoe seat part.


2.Slab bridge rebar
classify the rebar which is possible to do the bar arrangement with this program as the following. click the classification name and refer to it about each rebar.

  • Axial rebar :The rebar which is constructed with a point (dot) in the sectional drawing.
  • Side rebar :The rebar which is constructed with a line in the sectional drawing.
  • Other rebar : The stirrup, the reinforcing steel and so on.


3.PC steel
In this program, it is possible to arrange the PC steel of the bridge axis direction in a maximum of 50. Also, it is possible the arrangement form optionally with using the specification of the straight line element and the arc element to every each of them.
