Healthy management policy leading to the further development and social contribution is highly evaluated

Forum8 Co., Ltd. (2-15-1 Konan, Minato-ku, Tokyo. President Yuji Ito. URL: http://www.forum8.co.jp/english/) has been certified as "Health and Productivity Management Company White 500 (big company)" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. On 20 February 2018, the announcement of certification and the award ceremony was conducted at Asahi Hall in Yuraku-cho, Tokyo.

This certificate is given to companies that are conducting the very healthy management and strategically working on the health control of employees from the view of management. The divisions are "Small-and-medium-sized company" and "Big company". This time, our health management policy, such as the paid health and sports activity leave, non-smoking allowance, and enhancement of refresh leave (once per five years) are highly evaluated.

We are publishing our "Health management policy" and aiming to develop the company and contribute to the society. To achieve this, we are promoting the revolution of way of working and the health enhancement activities so that a variety of human resources in the advanced software business can continue to work with healthy mental and body and the spirit filled with sociality and cooperativeness. In specific, we are actively conducting a lot of activities such as the health investigation, advice from industrial doctor, mental health care including integrated medical treatment and experience learning, and project to improve the correspondence ability to infection.

  • Health examination or complete medical checkup is conducted for all employees. The industrial doctor advises them according to the health conditions.
  • Paid health & sports activity leave has been introduced to enhance the employees' health and physical energy.
  • Non-smoking allowance is applied to all employees. It gives smokers a chance and motivation of quitting tobacco and prompts them to think of their health.
  • The refresh leave allowance has been enhanced. The workers can now get a long leave once per five years.
  • We enhance activities of the Safety and Health Committee and ISO business continual management to increase interest and activity of employees against safety and health.
  • We have our employees take the mental health check. The general affairs group properly corresponds to the check results, following the advice of the industrial doctor and the Labor and Social Security Attorney.
  • We set up the harassment prevention rules, and the advisor to protect our employees from harassment.
  • We will develop the software and systems useful for health keeping and enhancement.
  • We share information and activities provided by the health insurance union, recreation facilities, and integrated medical promotion advisor within the firm.
