FORUM8 is awarded the "2022 CRM Best Practice Award Continuation Award" following last year

FORUM8 Co., Ltd. (2-15-1 Konan, Minato-ku, Tokyo. President Yuji Ito. URL:https://www.forum8.co.jp/english/) has been awarded the "2022 CRM Best Practice Award" by the CRM Association Japan in October 2022. The Awards Ceremony will be held on November 9th at Tokyo American Club, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

This award is distributed to only those who incorporate the most appropriate CRM-oriented practices to set model examples in Japan to reach the goal of "customer-centric relationship management". FORUM8 has won the Best Practice Award for 8 consecutive years, and of these 8 awards, the last 5 awards that FORUM8 won including the award FORUM8 won this year are Continuation Awards to be specific. This year, This year, the efforts to thoroughly check the quality of software products prior to shipment in the Test Team in the Development Group were recognized as a "user-oriented, pre-shipment quality improvement model".

We have continued to establish and strengthen our company-wide CRM system through the challenge of CRM activities in all departments. We will continue to strengthen our activities while quickly responding to changes in social conditions, such as the promotion of DX, and the accompanying challenges that our clients have.

Every year, FORUM8 changes the department in charge to promote and practice CRM awareness throughout the company, and this year, the test team took the lead, and we received the award for eight consecutive years. FORUM8's products support critical infrastructure in road and other public civil engineering works and maintenance, and many users around the world are using the products in a variety of environments. Recognizing the importance of its social mission, the company has established an in-house user environment and conducts thorough quality checks before shipment to reduce the incidence of defects by half.
