FORUM8 Co., Ltd. (2-15-1 Konan, Minato-ku, Tokyo. President Yuji Ito. URL: https://www.forum8.co.jp/english/) received the Japan-first "NDD (Non-Deceptive Design) Accreditation".

The NDD (Non-Deceptive Design) Accreditation is a system operated by the Non Deceptive Design Association to evaluate and certify honest website designs that do not deceive customers. As "dark patterns," or deceptive UI/UX designs that mislead or disadvantage users, become a social issue on websites and apps, the association aims to create a safe environment for users.

FORUM8 has provided digital transformation (DX) solutions utilizing design and analysis software, as well as VR and AI technologies, in a wide range of fields, including civil engineering, construction, transportation, autonomous driving development, urban planning, and local government, both domestically and internationally. We have used our website as an important platform for disseminating information and interacting with customers. In addition, we continuously work to ensure quality control and reliable information through ISO certification, and develop "Majimon F8NFTS", an authentication system that uses NFTs to guarantee the authenticity and ownership of digital data, and a metaverse platform "Metavania F8VPS".

As an extension of this approach, we have placed importance on expressions and flow designs on our website that do not mislead or disadvantage users. This commitment has been recognized, leading to our receipt of NDD accreditation.
