| FORUM8 Co. Ltd. has been awarded the 2016 CRM Best Practice Award by the
CRM Association Japan on October 28, 2016, 2 years in a row. This award
is distributed to only those who incorporate the most appropriate CRM-oriented
practices to set model examples in Japan to reach the goal of "customer-centric
relationship management". Service system transition model such
as subscription was highly valued this year.
FORUM8 was awarded this prize last year with "A Fusion Model Bridging between Advanced Technologies and Customer Needs" being ranked high on its support and service against numerous customer demands based on the sophisticatedly integrated cloud CRM database. This year, awareness-raising was planned to disseminate this activity principle throughout the entire company systematically. Activity theme was set for instructors and sales assistants under the System Sales Group. They operated and introduced new subscription service, enhanced product demonstration activity, and improved instruction guidance.

In recent years, ICT usage combined with GPS or drone in the construction site are promoted rapidly in civil engineering and architecture business, and technology development related to autonomous driving is vigorous in automobile business. In these industries, sales system has been changed gradually from existing maintenance and support contract to subscription and cloud system in order to make application updating and license management easily. Thus sales activities based on detailed understanding of customer's usage conditions are expanded throughout the company. It contributes to conversion and efficiency of industry structure by promoting the sales of a switch to subscription system.
