Agreement for "Collaboration for the Realization of Sustainable Cities using Digital Twins" with Toyota City concluded.

FORUM8 Co., Ltd. (2-15-1 Konan, Minato-ku, Tokyo. President Yuji Ito. URL: https://www.forum8.co.jp/english/) is going to conclude "Collaboration for the Realization of Sustainable Cities using Digital Twins" with Toyota City towards solving issues in Toyota City by cooperating with each other and using simulations on digital twin.

The agreement ceremony is planned to be held on the 5th floor of Toyota City Hall South Bldg. on Wed. March 15th 2023.

Based on the "Toyota Digitalization Resilience Strategy", Toyota City is actively working on initiatives on DX. In 2022, studies on the use of "Digital Twin" started, and efforts are underway to realize a digital twin as soon as possible.

The cooperative relationship between Toyota City and FORUM8 started with the WRC Rally Japan that FORUM8 has been the title sponsor since 2021. We have reached this agreement in order to realize a sustainable city by maximizing the use of management resources and know-how of both parties, as we possess various software products and simulation technologies such as Digital Twin that contribute to construction DX. The contents of the collaboration cover the following items.

• (2) Matters related to the utilization of big data such as 3D data
• (3) Matters related to the use of AI
• (4) Matters related to the development of DX human resources
• (5) Matters related to DX promotion in the infrastructure sector
• (6) Other matters related to the realization of a sustainable city
