User Information Page

Forum8 has a "User Information Page" and various services for users to utilize Forum8 products effectively.
In this topic, we explain some of those services. If you do not know the user information page, take this opportunity to start to use it.
Users can sign in the user information page by entering in Zone, Usercode, and Password on the Forum8 homepage. The password is noticed to the person who completed the user registration. If you do not know your user code, please contact the Forum8 sales desk or support desk.
*The user information page may not be displayed properly on old version of Internet Explorer.

License Information

In the license information, the starting date and ending date of your license support and the serial code required for license authentication (Web authentication) are written.
The usage condition of floating license can also be checked.

Download Service

The newest version of products (subscription version) within the support duration can be downloaded.
Some products can be updated by Setup file and update file.
Update files are available when your current product version is the "oldest version for update" or newer version.
This file is for the case that "update file" cannot be used for update (your current product is older than the "oldest version for update"), or that you intend to install the product newly or once again.
In consideration of users PC environments, we prepare the FTP format and HTTP format containing the same contents for downloading.

File Transfer Service

Users can send and receive large files that cannot be sent via e-mail. Files up to 2GB can be uploaded.
Files are safely transmitted via 128 bit SSL protocol coded communication to secure your secrets.
