The Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization Recognition is given to companies that are conducting the very healthy management and strategically working on the health control of employees from the view of management.

FORUM8 acquired “Resilience Certification” by the Association for Resilience Japan. This certification is given to companies or organizations that support the purpose of national resilience and are actively engaged in business continuity, based on the "Guidelines for Certification of National Resilience Contribution Organizations" published by the Cabinet Secretariat National Resilience Promotion Office.

FORUM8 has acquired the "PSQ certification" for some of FORUM8 products. This certification system is based on JIS X25051:2011 (ISO/IEC25051:2006), a standard for quality requirements and evaluation of software products, and was established by the Computer Software Association of Japan (CSAJ) in June 2013.

FORUM8 has been certified as "TOKYO Work Style Reform Declaration Company" which Bureau of Industrial and Labor Affairs, Tokyo Metropolitan Government is working on. This certification is given to companies that set their goals for the next two to three years and the details of their efforts in the declaration, and make company-wide efforts to reform their working styles, such as reducing long working hours and promoting the use of paid vacations.
